Dying with Dignity
Emory’s nursing school has received a $1.5 million grant to train advanced practice nurses and doctors to provide collaborative care for dying patients and their families.
Led by geriatric nursing expert Carolyn Clevenger, the effort will strengthen team-based palliative care for nearly 7,000 patients over the next three years.
