The emergency departments at St. Joseph’s and Emory Johns Creek hospitals are known for handling heart attacks and strokes, but they treat broken bones and other common conditions too.
Having these services readily available in Atlanta communities allows patients to get treatment for serious and minor health care emergencies close to home. Johns Creek, for example, now is offering single-site gallbladder surgeries.
