students participate in a scavenger hunt

First-year medical students, or M1s, took part in a scavenger hunt on the last day of July’s orientation. Starting and ending at the School of Medicine, the teams explored spots of interest around campus, including the new Health Sciences Research Building II (above), still under construction. The web-based hunt sent 20 teams on unique routes to answer 38 questions. This was a first for the School of Medicine, which partnered with Stray Boots to create the two-hour hunt, followed by a pool party on the Clairmont campus.
